ok, finished 4 days of the 4 day plan. Today I'm trying to eat reasonably and what is kind of left off in the frig. So here we go! I feel good, just a little stressed & down about 'other' things (life & c#!P) but such is life! I'll deal with it. I am just kind of anxious about the weekend since that is my most difficult time. And I do have to go grocery shopping sometime, but I plan on going on the 4 day M-Th next week also and hopefully every week until I get down where I want to be and most importantly IN CONTROL!
