Thanks, Earthlady...I'm definitely sticking with the daily exercise which, I might add, makes me rather proud of myself :) But I find it hard to really fathom that I've built up muscle enough to offset the scales. But I DO feel better. I noticed my hips are no longer bothering me when I walk (for exercise, I mean). That's a good sign. So, am I really being honest with myself about what I'm eating? I log it all...Well,nothing to do but just as you said, stick with it.
