Greetings: May I make a suggestion? If we eat too little, our bodies tend to hold on to as much fat and water as possible so the scale will not move! I understand thew frustration - so, you need to actually eat more like proteins and high fiber foods (fruits and vegetables) to push your metabolism and drink lots and lots of water, too. PS Your profile photo is great - makes you look like one cool dude! LOL
