It's been two years since I last logged into my account and I've fallen back into old habits. Although I'm 5 lbs. lighter than my original starting weight and my heaviest, it's time I go back and finish what I started.
My current weight is 185.2. I plan to break my goals into smaller, more achievable and less daunting task. I am also establishing a non-food reward system for myself for each of those tasks.
My first goal is to hit 169 by April 30. My reward is a haircut, a mani-pedi, a facial, and a massage.
I plan to weigh-in every Wednesday, workout at least 3x a week, drink 4-5 40oz bottles of water per day and stay within my RDI.
