Shock sets in...I'm back to where I was last June. In the last 4 months I gained 4.75 pounds a month and now it has krept up to 19 FREAKING POUNDS. How did I achieve this miraculous event? I ate breads, cereals, milk,ice-creams, popcicles, noodles, beans, tortillas, chips, potatoes, potatoe salad, muffins, chocolate mousse, croissants, pop, sweet tea, sweet lemonades, cookies, crackers, added sugar, banana bread, cake, chocolate candy, hard candy, sour patch candy,lots and lots of sweet fruits (cherries, strawberries, watermelon,apricots,blueberries, raspberries, grapefruits) This is how my family eats and I joined in. This is why I gained 19 pounds. I am carb sensitive. So, today is my day 2 of re-induction. Gol, I hated getting on that scale. I am so p.o'd at myself. I am in a tornado of regret, I am freaking out. I actually feel panic all over in weighing myself, but I guess it had to be done and now the trauma sets in.
