Hmm. Here it is a week before we start marathon company. My weight and I retain at odds. I have been watching, exercising and just plain worrying. I wonder if, rather than jumping on and off Keto right now, I should spend this week in a healthy non berating plateau and continue with my exercise. I started spinning three times a week, and Pilates 4-5. Then the daily dog walks on the beach. For the last month I have been Keto pure, probably too much protein ; which has been neck-n-neck with my fat and low carb. My calorie count has been routinely under 1000. Maybe that’s too low? Maybe I am just trying to hard? Maybe I am sabotaging myself for some unknown psychological reason. I’m baffled, I’m going to go quilt!
