KEYTOSIS diet, since everyone seems all keyed up about this I figured I would read up a bit... one thing that strucke me if you can bring yourself to follow my logic: The keto diet really limits your protein intake... typically when exercising under regular circumstances you do not want the body to metabolize existing muscle (your body consuming exhisting muscle to create new muscle) especially when trying to burn fat = the more muscles you have to burn calories. If you are not eating enough protein to fule that muscle growth you are not taking full advantage if your workout.
