Still not feeling the best but feel like I've turned the corner and things will only get better from here on out! Yesterday I did absolutely nothing; did work on some family history stuff for a reunion this summer, read a little, and had fun scrapbooking some pictures of my grandson. With the rain and cold weather it was a good day to be inside. I ate so much junk food this weekend that I'm embarrassed but I'm not going to dwell on it and will move forward. It was just a bad couple of days.
I did go to cycling boot camp this morning. I wasn't sure I was up to it but decided to go and see how much I could do. My lungs burned at first and I felt nauseaous but I continued on just doing a more moderate workout and felt much better as the class went on. I'm back on track now!
