I think I need to share with y'all that my food addiction culminated Sunday night with me eating an entire frozen pizza and then going out to Sweet Frog (frozen yogurt, I just discovered it--it's a sugar addict's dream come true, you serve YOURSELF) and getting a humongous bucket of frozen yogurt. It was so telling, I waited until a night that I knew my fiance wouldn't be home until late, so he wouldn't see my crazy eating. And this after a 5 day vacation where I just said heck with it and went to TOWN eating everything in sight. I know there are others on here like me and I know sharing it is helpful to you and to me, so there ya go. Today is day two of being back to my senses. Love y'all.

Yea, I used to wait until DH went to bed then make a huge plate of nachos (so I had the hidden eating and the very late night carb/fat fest). We have a frozen yogurt store like that here too and it is really dangerous. Obviously my kids love it but I try to not go there because I don't think it reinforces what I'm trying to teach them about moderation. Just too tempting. Thanks for sharing, Lisa Kay. Glad you're back on track.
