How do you calculate your marcos - should be in grams based on your body information (some macro calculations are better than others as a few of them make the protein allotment too low for your body)
and you use the fat amount as a lever but do not have to eat all the grams (at least 50g for daily healthy amount) but after that you let your body use it’s fat stores to make the difference.
So I would recommend not having bulletproof coffee as that means your body has to burn the external fat first before it utilize the fat on your body. Eating more fat does not make you burn more fat.
Eating all the protein allotment per day is important as well. Sometimes I go slightly over and it does not affect ketosis nor does it affect my fat burning.
That is part of how I do my keto. Plus I tend to pay more attention to the inches lost more than the scale. Because sometimes there is higher inch loss and not as much scale loss.
