I am finally in the 170's!!! i haven't been here since November 2009! i am overjoyed after a week of crappyness! (yeah i know my last journal is all hugs and flowers) it went downhill it really did throat infection, trapped nerve in my shoulder rendering it immovable my eye slowing down in its healing!

but yesteday not one but TWO people noted that my arms are looking skinnier :) im feeling good again! just finished my soya yoghurt and now im getting ready for the gym yaaay!
