I totally agree. I remember when I weighed 125 - 130 and thinking I was still a bit pudgy, now I'm about 65 pounds heavier! Ugh, I feel so uncomfortable in my own skin. I'm taking it slow this time around and I think I appreciate my own hard work more. I'm at the gym, sweating bullets, and I think...this wouldn't have had to happen if I'd just kept up with my workouts the way I was supposed to!
