going to weigh myself every Friday...try to walk at least 4-5 days a week. Drink more water, eat less garbage. Have a hard time staying away from chocolate and goodies. Need a little more self control. Try to add some WII excercises (yoga) next week. Am going to treat myself on weekends only. Its that self control thing.
