Hello All:

Well I went back sensibly just as everyone suggested and I lost a little from yesterday. Good news! Anyway, I am reintroducing some foods I have been avoiding like whole wheat low carb pita, and SF Jello pudding and low carb ice cream. I am going to have a few strawberries today and see how that goes. Exercise as usual and then home to make a little dinner. The gym was busy yesterday but I'm not sure why. The gym is mostly older people and the membership allows kids on your membership until the age of 23 and I saw alot of college aged kids. I usually see them in the summer or during breaks, but for some reason it was like the last hurrah before going back to school. It was fun watching the girls try not to look at the boys as they worked out. Here I am sweating and not caring what I look like and the girls were trying not to get too sweaty so that their makeup wouldn't run! lol. Well, they all should be back to school soon and then its me and oldies for a while!

Your post cracked me up. I work at a university and used to work out at the rec center there. They had a laundry service where you could check out gym clothes to borrow for the day --red shorts, a gray shirt, and white tube socks. Lovely. ;-) Everyone over 30 in the gym had those outfits on. I always referred to it as "team grey shirt" but it could have just as well been "grey hairs" (I'm not grey, at 36, but lots of folks working out there were). Of course the college students were busy looking good, so the distinction btwn them and the oldies, as you call it, was very funny.

Good luck with the introduction of new foods! Hopefully the gym will slow down and get back to normal for you.
