I love the support system that this website gives, but I feel like I have become more obsessive about pounds than I really should be. Seeing that chart scares me to be honest, and what if you are gaining muscle? I have not been on a diet for the past few days and it feels great not to be obsessed. I am having trouble eating every couple of hours because I feel like food is always on my mind all the time. Not being on a diet makes me feel normal and I only eat when I am hungry. I am going to be more careful of what I put in my body tomorrow, but try not to make food my life and see how it works out.

They key is for you to be happy, healthy, and comfortable in your own skin. There is no perfect formula to getting there. You just have to tweak and adjust as you go along. Good Luck!
