I'm happy about this loss, considering the restaurant food I ate two lunches in a row ("peer pressure" in my case because they were work-related). I think I chose well - my choices were definitely low-carb friendly.

I woke up a bit early despite today being Saturday and I couldn't go back to sleep - this never happens on a weekday for some reason! I just took my blood pressure (before my weigh-in). It's been a while since the last time I took it. It's still a bit high (always high when I stop taking it for a long while), but not as high as the last time. If I take it tomorrow it might get lower. I still take my medication every day.

My keto desserts are a failure these days. I made some fudge and ice cream. For the fudge, I know my mistake: I used coconut milk (should have tried coconut cream instead). The ice cream was an unexpected dissapointment. There is a bunch of small bits of greasy stuff everywhere, which leave an unpleasant feel in the mouth. But it still tastes good though. I didn't put nuts in my ice cream as I regularly do, so that hasn't helped I think. My birthday is coming up and I need to up my game or buy something. It's hard to find and buy low-carb desserts that are actually low-carb or keto.

My period has just started yesterday. For once, my cycle duration is closer to normal. I have the feeling this is going to change very often from now on.
