This is my first draft for Jan/Febs Plan;
Things to do Daily - Levothyroxine Pill (going to set alarm, to take it at about 4am to avoid dilution and interference with food)
Cod Liver Oil Capsual Barrocca drink
Drink 1 ltr of Water or more
30mins of fast walking.
No Gluten or Soya - Both are synthetic thyroxine blockers.
Very low carbs over all. The gluten thing should take care of most of this but potatoes and things also are out.
Try including Coconut Oil.
At least once a week go for a 30min run.
A plan is coming together!
