bleugh feeling a little crappy this evening food intake started well but ended in chocolate, havent been to the gym today thinking i might go for a work out in a bit because im super stressed out :/

on the plus side one of the dresses my mum bought me in a size 12(10) came and i cannot wait to fit it!



so im still focused on getting smaller so i can fit into it :)
