Well, I made it into the 180s this week. The new low is 186.8..../happy dance.


I am going to adjust my goal weight to 150. If I loose something like 1.78 pounds a week, then I should hit 150 around my birthday. I think that is a reasonable long term goal. Then I can address the last 30 pounds that I would like to loose.

This weekend was kind of crazy. My ex husband had a heart attack on Friday, and under went quadrouple bypass surgury this morning. He is out of surgury, but is still in recovery. His wife will call me when he is awake and off life support. He was due to have surgury later this week, in an attempt to avoid more heart attacks...but his heart decided sooner was better than later. I have talked with him about SBD. I hope he tries it. My kids are too damn young to loose their dad. It certainly is a wake up call for all of us who know him. If you don't take care of yourself, your body will let you know it!

Good for you! I can't wait to get in the 180's. Sorry to hear about your ex, but hopefully that will get him on the right track.

Hang on to those 180s and they will soon become 170s. Good work!

Congrats on getting down! Hope things go well for your ex and that he listens to you about SBD. Maybe this is his wake up call and he'll realize he needs to take care of himself like you're doing! Take care and try not to stress.
