I think I figured something out. It seems a little obvious, but if you don't weigh or measure your food in some way you really just don't know how much you're getting. I'm pretty sure I was eating way too many veggies in my salad (which alone isn't a big deal) but I may have also been putting WAY too much dressing on. I found this dressing that I really love and its actually not so bad calorie or carb wise. I think if I pre-measure all of my foods and try to keep everything super accurate, I may just get over this stupid plateau.

It was excellent to see the scale drop this morning, and I do think some of it is the result of having a way abnormal day of higher calories/fat than usual. I guess that's a little pathetic since it wasn't even 1200 calories, but thats a lot compared to what I've eaten recently.

After a whole bunch of research on Medifast and the tips that they have for success I'm a lot more comfortable with the scale acting the way that it was, and knowing that 800-1000 is the calorie goal and 70-100 is the carb range really helps too. I think the fat range is 10-30 but I cant remember that one for sure. Either way, I'm doing a fairly decent job of getting it in that range already, even though I was eyeballing my Lean and Green meal.
