I did it! I reached my goal of 2 pounds for the week! I did great last week now I have a brand new start! With it being Monday its a bit rougher start, I didnt get up for my morning walk and I forgot my water cup. But I am starting with my slim fast and I'm not real hungry. I can turn my morning around :)
Okay so I'm new at this...I've been putting in the same weight each day because I only weigh in on Monday's. So because it's showing I lost two pounds from yesterday to today, it shows that I am losing 14 pounds a week! LOL just great...I hope I can fix this.
