I'm not really happy with my eating beyond reasonable at hours where insomnia is affecting me. I've been fluctuating between 49.9 and 51kgs. To some this might not be such a big deal, but to me it's a real bother. Today, to try and remedy the evening problem with eating I'm starting a daily routine list of what helps calm my mind, starts my day positively, motivates me, and begin by having somethng healthy. I believe that starting the day with self nurturing will carry through the whole day. Could mean better sleep (5am - 9am this morning - better than most mornings lately), better hydration, healthy weight loss amount, more control over what matters most... Myself.
