Well, the first week back to school is accomplished. I am glad to be back as it gives me a little more structure and routine. It is funny I have always fought against organization and routine in my life. I was convinced that I loved spontaneity and organic chaos. But, I am finding that I really do better with stability. Maybe I am just getting older ;).
Today, I a checking on my three goals for this month 1) Drink water 2) Exercise 3) Work on controlling my binge-eating disorder.
I am doing really well on number 1, I am drinking oceans of water each day. The second is a Fail. I don't think I have exercised more than two times all month. It is hot here, but that is an excuse really more than a reason. So, I still have a little more than a week to work on that one for August. Number 3 I am doing well on. Not perfect. I handled a couple of triggers really well, butI slipped a little and overindulged on Atkins bars one day, that was dumb. But, overall, I would say I am doing well compared to my non-Atkins days.
