I woke up this morning and my back and shoulders hurt so bad. I'm not sure if I slept on it wrong, or if I just overdid it on the Wii yesterday. I still went for an hour walk, it was really nice and the sun was shining. The kids didn't like it as much as I did though (aren't they supposed to be the one's full of energy?? LOL) My back is still a little sore, but it's a little better than before the walk. - 11:10 a.m.

Probably on the wii, aren't you doing one of the EA Active challenges? Those things murder the shoulders - or so mine feel like today.

No, I'm not doing the EA Active challenge. I don't have a Wii (yet), my sister came for a visit and brought hers with her. I love it! We played tennis, table tennis, cycling, bowling... it was so much fun!

LOL! Okay, sorry had you confused with someone doing the EA Active Challenge (which does kill your arms with the resistance band). Yeah, that phenom you're experiencing is known as wii-itis. Mainly, where your shoulder/arm hurts like hell the next day from wii sports. It's a blast though.
