today i start my first challenge sit ups and push ups i hope i can do it. this is the 8th day of the diet and i fell so good i don't fell Blooded, and i fell good about myself i haven't weighed I'm to scared to get on the scales right now i feel to good and the scales always makes me depressed so i may wait a little bit before i weigh in. I go to Curves and the 25th is when we are suppose to weigh and measure so i may do that we will see.

Good for you in staying away from the scale. I wish I could do that. Going by how you feel and the way your clothes fit should be enough.

ya that's what I'm thinking. Maybe at the end of this week i will weigh we will see.

fantastic! So glad that you're feeling great! I agree with you about the weighing. The scale sometimes takes a while to reflect our true loss. The fact that you feel great is indication that you're doing the right things!

ya i did weigh and lost 1 pound bu i lost 3 1/2 inches so I'm very happy about lets hope next week is better.
