I lost 4 pounds this week! I was so excited when I got on the scale this morning! But now my profile says I'm losing 28 pounds a week! LOL
I guess that doesn't matter much.

I wasn't feeling overly hungry today, but I am now, hopefully a light dinner will satisfy me. I'm still looking into what the minimum number of calories I should take in is, I don't want my body to go into starvation mode. This is now going to be a lifetime change for me, so I want to do it right.

It does that sometimes when you enter a big loss (or gain). Usually it adjusts to normal after your next entry.

Thanks sue, I think it's because I only weigh myself once a week, but for my challenges I have to weigh in everyday...so I put the same weight all week, then on Monday I show a loss...so the computer (as smart as they are! LOL) thinks I lost 4 pounds in one day rather than one week... Even still I'm so excited that I lost the 4 pounds! I was only expecting and hoping for 2 :)
