I see from my weigh in that I should be paying more attention to what I am putting in my mouth. Clearly I don't want to gain the weight back that I lost last year, and clearly I have some of it. Time to be serious, and be the person I know I can be.

I know how you feel. I gained back almost half, so I restarted 3 days ago on Atkins. I really thought I could eat a low calorie diet but still have foods I used to love but...sugar doesn't agree with me. I wish you the best of luck. You can totally keep it off!
