Okay so, as bad as it may sound: My sister bought this weight loss (inches lost) dietary supplement "Calorad PM" I have never really tried anything like this except for slim fast (and I'm only doing that now to be sure that I'm eating breakfast) and a couple times in high school I tried the cabbage soup diet (completely AWFUL). So when she came to visit last weekend she left her one month bottle here on accident(she was crazy and had bought a whole year's supply) and she said that if I want I can just keep it and take it for the month just to help kickstart stuff.

I got a new scale today, so I am going to start weighing in every morning before my morning walk. I also got a measuring tape yesterday and I am going to start measuring myself every monday night. I'm doing this myself, and I've never done it before, so I don't know that they are completely accurate, but at least it's something.

Left Bicep: 17 inches; Right Bicep: 16.5 inches
Above chest: 43.5 inches; Chest: 50 inches; under chest: 45 inches
Above belly button: 44.5 inches; at belly button: 46 inches
Hips: 54.5 inches
Left Thigh: 28 inches; Right Thigh 29 inches
Left Calf: 16.5 inches; Right Calf 16 inches

Okay so I don't know the proper names for everything but I know what I'm talking about. I also weighed myself, but I'm not counting it in my weigh-in because I do that in the morning but I was at: 233.2

Tomorrow morning I will record a weigh in. I am expecting a loss from this morning, but that is because when I have been measuring at work it has been on the Doctor's type scale and I was obviously fully dressed.
