👋 there, their, they’re. Be reasonable with how much you’re cutting back so you’re gradually losing. If you want to stay on keto use a keto calculator https://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/. Aim for a 10% deficit. Slow and steady Shelly❣️ Use a food scale and measuring spoons so you’re getting accurate numbers.
Even I would have a hard time sticking to a 1200 cal diet and I’m probably shorter than you. Best of luck❣️🤗🤗🤗
