Right now i weigh 20 pounds over my goal weight, i hardly ever work out, and i eat lots of junk. Hopefully i will lose 1lb every week. Which means, if i lose a pound a week then it will take me 140 days to reach my goal of loseing 20lbs.... that sounds like a long time :(.
ok so i just checked my weight, and i am 137 pounds, which is acctually 1lb less then i thought i was, but still... im not were i want to be.
Part of the reason i want to lose wieght so bad is because i went on this diet 2 years ago and i lost 30 pounds and was 115lbs and i loved it and was super popular. However, after last years christmas break i stopped going to the YMCA, and i ate lots of fatening foods. So now, i have gained 22lbs and i look disgusting. fun :(
