I got out of my house late so had to truncate my gym time so I could get to work on time. does anyone know what a boa is? Its a Japanies dumpling, I think, it's like a steamed bread puff stuffed with something or other; I had one las night on my way home that was stuffed with an apple currey mix that was really good, but I don't know, and can't even guess the calorie cound so I didn't list it on the food diary.
well I intend to go practice after I leave work, but if I don't I will get it tomarrow. Have so real plans for the week end, other then to go teh "The Owls OF @#%$??*&" or however you pronounce, or spell, the last work in that movie.
I'd like to do hiking tomarrow, I even hace an idea of where I could go, but we shall see.
