Well Because I found it hard to sleep last night, Im dead proud I did not eat, Sometimes I have these NIGHT FOOD RAIDS, that I forget to count, It was hard not to have something to eat but thrilled now I resisted,. Kids gone school, college and Im Starving. So having my porridge. It is the only food that seems to do me in morning, and its like once I have it, it def helps me eat proper/healthy for the day.
Fingers X Ill stay healthy. Trying to avoid the word DIET,

I know Im the same bout porridge, only thing is if I eat it late at nite I get heartburn. Yes we will be a lot slimmer for our big 50th, Im joking with my lads, I have already started my party invitations, lots of my family and friends abroad or spread all over Ireland, but going to put 40 over the 50 banner. Im aiming now for 1lb a week till mine any extra a bonus.

something you might try ..for my last snack before bed i eat a serving of sugar free jello, or geletin, its mostly water, so flushes out any mess ups thru the day, and holds me over till breakfast the next morning...

Yes have my jellies all ready also made veg soup, and its true what you daid, it is all water and some nites, even though I want to stop eating at 9, when I return to college on Thurs, I'll be up studying late
