Ok, so it took a lot of courage to start but here it goes :)
It's my first day on a healthy weight loss diet. I have been yo-yo dieting from the early age of around 8 (I am now 16 and a couple of months old) I am here to hopefully lose the weight SLOWLY and learn patience instead of relying on quick fixes to shed the pounds to only gain them plus more after I am done. I am hoping to meet other people like me since all of my friends are guys who don't need to lose weigh and are healthy and others are skinny girls going on and on about how "fat" they have become. *Insert le sigh* Well I hope to meet all of the amazing people out on that site so we can all get healthy and fit together.

Yes, Welcome Dina! Thanks for your encouragement this morning. Hope I can do the same for you!!! You're embarking on more of an 'education' journey than a weightloss one. Once you learn about yourself, your body, it's reactions to Calorie Amounts, types of foods, portion sizes, which foods make you hungry and which make you feel full, which are more healthy than others..and you learn about the benefits of increasing your daily activity - You will have learned how to build a NEW LIFESTYLE of HEALTHY choices for yourself. You won't need to yo-yo... just walk it out... one day at a time. Be sure to ask lots of questions if you need help.
