Ok.... I did some cheating today. I'd say its officially the first time I cheated since starting my diet back in July. I tried to be pretty good in spite of it all!!!

I went out for sushi. I had 6 pieces of "Dragon Roll" which is like a California Roll but with grilled eel and avocado on the outside. I also ate a seaweed salad and some edamame. Apparently there are lots of carbs in those things!!! Oops. I just entered my food into FS and I didn't have a high fat meal, but I did have a relatively high carb meal. There was white rice in my sushi, so I knew that was going to be high. I'm thinking since I didn't cheat too bad that it wont negatively effect me when I weigh in tomorrow. I'm just going to have to be super careful the rest of the day and maybe actually exercise some today.
