I've just come across this website whilst looking for low calorie soup recipes. I'm trying to minimise my food in-take at supper time, so I thought soups would be great to fill me up without gaining weight.

Today I'm also going back to playing squash with my friend. We had to stop 3 weeks ago and I have been to gym since...its my fault - I have no reasons, just excuses.

Ideally, I would like to wake up early to either go jogging around my neighbourhood or go to the spinning class. The only problem is will-power...I can't wake up! My alarm clock is like a lullaby. I used to be able to wake up for gym, I don't know what's happened to me.

I really don't want to use laziness as an excuse, I wish there was a sure-fire way to make sure I get up and JUST GO!
