Just started back my healthy eating and weight lose journey Sunday. My start weight was 328 in April 2020 and now I'm at 286.4, but stopped because of pain in my spin. I do have spinal stenosis and pain everyday so I take my time doing everything.

Sounds like you are making excellent progress even with the pain and I can only guess a healthy weight will make you feel so much better!

Keep going Vera you got this. Every day do the best you can that's all we can ask if ourselves. And eventually the best you can do will be better than you ever imagined

Slow and steady will win the race. Don't be discouraged at having to take it slowly. Each person's journey is different and very personal. Hang in there. You CAN do this.
