There was trash in places where people would sit and grab a bite. So my family and I brought trash bags to pick everything up. Lots of bags of chips, plastic bottles and everything else was picked up. Great time to help nature and to walk a lot too (like 2 miles to get there). :)

Wow, you are one of a few people that I have seen here that really express that achieving weight loss control and the best health possible is something you are doing not only for yourself but because others Love you, maybe depend on you for their well being (like your kids maybe) And they emulate your behavior. Really terrific.
