Thanksgiving was fine but the days surrounding it were hard. Luckily for me most of the leftover food is gone or going and I can return to my normal eating habits. I've been working out pretty much daily, my ankles are ridiculously sore... And my boyfriend insists my body is leaner. I can definitely see my arms getting more toned.
