Quite impressive weight drop, considering I have not changed much what I ate. I may have snacked less often, but I still did, mostly keto-friendly pistachio cookies from an online recipe.
I ate a bit less carby this week compared to last week. It is not a myth, people: when you eat low-carb, you tend to gain more weight when you eat more carbs than usual, and to lose or maintain weight when you eat less of it (which usually means more fat). Well, it may not be true for everyone, especially not if you eat high-carb, but it is true for me.
My loss is also not related to my period because I am about to have them very soon, anytime between later today and the middle of next week. More likely today because my cycle is usually short, around 3 weeks.
My blood pressure is still great these days. This has less influenced by food and more by taking the appropriate combination of meds, but I am still happy about it.
