I'm recording an entry posted by another FS member BeckyBaby65too, that was in turn posted by my FS friend, PinkRose88. This is a good & wise plan, & even though I didn't see this in time for Thanksgiving I will keep it for future reference. I'm also happy to say that I don't feel I overate today, & am confident that I will have lost weight by This Sunday's weigh in. Here is her plan: "~ I will NOT overeat on Thursday (or substitute your day of choice).
~ I will NOT graze all day.
~ I WILL allow myself one dessert. ONE. UNO.
~ I WILL be happy with myself on Monday's weigh in..... " ~ BeckyBaby65too
