Hello everybody~

I have been reading posts and I am so glad everyone seems to be back on track and working hard to reach those goals.

I continue to use My Fitness Pal to record food as I stated, my Fit bit works with that site and it is really a great tool. It gives me up to the minute burn and calorie intake so I can manage food well. The only draw back is I miss everyone on this site. I am going to try to journal here and keep the "friends part" and help support everyone.

I struggled in the month of November with some Depression issues which made typing a journal difficult. I was reading everyone's here though and it really kept me plugging away. I too had a Thanksgiving day "where in the hell did 8 pounds come from" moment but it dropped off fast and I have had a really good week.

I am headed to take a walk with a friend but I am glad to be back and I hope you guys welcome me back with open arms.

You're always welcome!! I've been wondering where your journals went, but I saw your weigh ins. Most of us found that the thanksgiving weight came off well enough, just sucks to lose the weeks that could have been losses. Ah well, I'd probably do it all the same again lol. Sorry to hear you've been depressed. I too struggle with depression off and on. Keep your chin up, glad to hear you're still kicking ass :-) don't be a stranger, you have been missed!!

Glad to hear from you!! Yep, we all had one issue or another with this past Thanksgiving!! I understand your struggle with the journal Phyllis. I used to struggle with depression, and its a fight that I like to say I survived!! I had some major depression for a few years. I finally got of the antidepressants this past year. It took me almost a year and a half to wean off of them. I had pain related depression. I was in some pretty good pain, and it took me a few months to get the Dr to understand that I was depressed because I was in pain, not in pain because I was depressed. Big difference! Hope you had a good walk with your friend!! Hope to hear more from you!!! Sending you virtual hugs!!! ((((hugs))))

Hey, Phyllis!!! That would be great if you continue to journal on here. We love hearing from you. Glad the Fitbit / My Fitness Pal is working so well to give you precise info about your calorie consumption and use. I still need to look into that. It is one of the hardest questions to answer... how many calories do I really need?
