What is going on ? I woke up this morning feeling so refreshed. I was expecting the opposite. Have some minor muscle soreness but feel like I could actually run today - I am so excited to be on a totally different level. I will never ever let myself go again with my weight. I realize now because I'm fairly active I thought I could get away with eating anything. After hitting 225 lbs a few years back then yo yo dieting to around 210 this site is a godsend. I'm hooked on eating healthy and running. For all you out there working hard to lose weight, keep at it.
