This has been a difficult week. Chocolate candy for Christmas ???? Well I figured the best thing to do is eat it quickly.. lol. My strength training is going well. I can feel the difference after only a few sessions. Tomorrow morning planning on a fifteen mile run then hit the gym afterwards. My first trail race for 2014 is next Saturday. 10k. I'm really excited to push myself as fast as I can. Really going to work hard at getting my weight down to 180 by end of January.

Hey Drinkwater: I have been on a hiatus from journaling and diary - mostly because I did not have time. Good to see that you have been hard at it with your training. Hehehehehe .... I like the chocolate strategy!

Yeah got rid of the chocolates real fast! Good to see you back on track. I got excited when I hit 183 but it created other problems (see journal) so now I'm trying not to be so obsessive with my program.
