I think it’s a great idea to set these mini goals. It will help keep you on track and achieving these goals will be good motivation to keep going.

I went from having double double coffees everyday to enjoying just black. I actually prefer it now.. and it feels like when you're looking for a good coffee, you can actually taste the differences and appreciate the goodness

Cypher89 I was double double coffee a month ago and just reduced sugar week by week, no sugar this week and not minding tasting the actual coffee (who knew!). Thanks for the support everyone!
