Okay, so i've been hovering over 260 for the past few weeks. I'm not complaining or anything because it could be much worse. But, it's time to get back in gear and start losing again. This morning I was up and ate a breakfast consisting of oatmeal with cinnamon/sugar/butter... It was pretty good. I only had 1 cup of coffee. This will be a good start to my work week bothy professionally and physically.
Had a "cleansing" procedure done over the weekend, so my goal is to now foul up my system with junk. So far i'm limiting myself to liquidy type foods until my digestive system gets back to normal. Now looking for some good soup recipes :)
