So, No weigh in for the new year (yet) and I ended last year much higher than I was in December the previous year *sigh* so I have to make a change.
Hubby has bought me the biggest loser challenge and the wii fit and I intend on using them in the new year!
Hubby and I both got really sick at the beginning of the year and lost 4 pounds the hard way. (well, I lost 5.1) and we both chose to see it as a wake up call. and jumped on the wii right away.
it's only the beginning of the year, but we've both started kicking off on a good foot. Hubby's going off pop (that's Soda, to those not from Canada) and I've been listening to my stomach lately.
I had a simple dry toast and tea this morning and for lunch, three inches of a 6 inch sub. crazy right? I mean, I barely finished half and my tummy was going, "what are we Texas? Stop it, we aren't big enough for it." and I stopped. did the same thing at dinner despite the fact that the gyro and Greek salad tasted SOOOOOOOooooooooooooo Good! and then burned 400 cals, and drank out a slough of water.
I'm hoping for a big loss.
What else? BIGGEST LOSER, WHAT ELSE? I'm so excited for this year's biggest loser and for the new trainers! *twirls*
This year is actually off to a good start, I wish everyone well with their resolutions! *WB*
