This will make me sound like a crazy woman, but if you're not really hungry, but do have 'the munchies', clean your teeth!! There is something about the highly minty taste that will take the edge off, and your dentist will like you too!! Try it, it really works!

Thanks Claire matter fact I have some mouthwash also that has a high minty taste to it and I usually do not want to eat after using it. Good idea!! Thank you..
