Ok!! The brushing teeth and mouthwash worked!! I made it till 5pm. Had dinner because I do not eat past 6pm. So, it is time to put in what I ate today.

Breakfast: 1 cup of chicken salad

Lunch: 1/2 cup cooked broccoli w/cheese sliced oven roasted turkey 1 serving

Snack: Protein shake

Dinner: 1 sausage patty and 1/2 cup cooked squash

Snack: 1 ounce of peanuts (I probably will not keep these in my diet)

1101 kcal Yağ: 76,26g | Prot: 83,73g | Karb: 24,14g.   Kahvaltı: Chicken or Turkey Salad. Öğle Yemeği: Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh), Harvestland Sliced Turkey Breast, American Cheese. Akşam Yemeği: Cooked Summer Squash (from Fresh, Fat Added in Cooking), Jimmy Dean Original Pork Sausage Patties. Aperatifler/Diğer: Dry Roasted Peanuts (with Salt), Pure Protein Shake 35 - Frosty Chocolate. devamı için...

I'm glad the tooth brushing and mouthwash worked. I have found using a variety of flavors of both helps with keeping this strategy from getting old. You can do this! The hard moments are intense when you are in them and then they pass. Remember we are traveling this road together. :) J

Excellent! Glad it worked! Diary looking good - I would fail on Atkins coz I can't eat that much meat!
