Finally a chance to catch up on my thoughts..:-)

Day 15 being on Atkins and things are good. :-) I added the nuts into my diet and yes it is difficult to keep from going overboard on them. However, I plan to portion them out and practice self-control.

Breakfast: 1 sausage patty, 1 egg sprinkled with cheddar cheese, 1/2 roma tomato

Lunch: Sliced turkey meat (1 serving) with sliced cucumbers

Snack (already had my portion of peanuts for the today :-( )

Haven't been adding my exercise but I have been doing about 20 minutes extra of something out the norm of my daily routine.

It's good to have a plan and even then there can be difficult days. Good luck and determination to you on your journey to greater health. J

I have a problem with snack too! If I prepare them they seem to call to me and I always eat them earlier than intended and definitely before I actually needed to. I've never tried the Atkins diet, but if you've got to day 15 you are already achieving! I don't always get the exercise in but I go out of my way to burn calories, stairs instead of lifts, not sitting at home, just keep getting up and moving, there is always something needing done!
