Ok so yesterday was fairly good tbh x today so far has been a bit grotty feel a bit achy and fluey so let hub deal with kids then attacked my leslie sansone workout dvd starting with a 500 step 5 min walk then my plan for next week is to introduce a 15 min workout x 3 a week of wii fit as well as 500 steps so i don't get bored and lose hope x then week three will add 2 x 15 mins of walking with leslie on days in between wii fit so i am active on the minutes i have spare in between school runs domestics after school chores hubby work etc... I CAN do this :)
